We are looking for front of house hospitality serving staff with some experience in banquet/event service and restaurant casual quick service serving. This includes: taking orders using our Square POS system, running food, serving drinks from a limited bar menu (majority is grab and go service), making espresso drinks to order, bussing, serving during large weddings and events. Staff will rotate between responsibilities each day and past experience will be used to identify best areas for each staff member. Staff do not do all these duties each shift this is just an example of the possible roles staff may fill during the season.

Our foodservice switches between different foodservice operations during our season including basic buffet foods, a la carte restaurant ordering for dinner and brunch, and specialty wedding and event catering on site. Our restaurant is an order at the counter concept. Meal orders are taken at the counter and brought to the kitchen to execute. The guest receives a number and food runners bring the food to their table. Tips are pooled for back and front of house staff. Each shift includes a 30 min meal break paid. Shifts available are during the day and night depending on that week’s schedule. Shift meals are available when the restaurant is open and staff are able to take food from any buffet meals during shift after the guest meal concludes.
